		<description>Agree about the sad demise of the romance of travel, and that certainly doesn&#039;t help any, but  I do think there is something missing at the heart of a lot of modern architecture...maybe something to do with all the constraints people have to design within, I don&#039;t know..</description>

		<description>Hi Alan - it seems that as most lands have been discovered, colonised and recolonised, travel has lost it&#039;s romance and airports are a cross between a vast holding pen and temple of high priced shopping. As you say, air travel is still something to marvel at and yet the waiting experience is ghastly, perhaps they do this to make sure people know that they are just passing through! Looking forward to reading the rest of your adventures!
